Academic Certificate Enrollment
1. Complete the Online Enrollment Form
AV天堂 does not require a full application for most academic certificates. Interested students should declare an intent to earn a certificate on the enrollment form.
Enrollment begins in May for certificate programs starting in the Fall Quarter. All students, including current AV天堂 students, must complete this form no later than 2nd Friday of the last quarter of the certificate.
2. Register for Classes
Admitted Students
If you're an admitted, degree-seeking student, use the regular registration process on Registration and Records to sign up for certificate courses.
Non-Admitted Students
Complete the Special Student Registration Form on the Non-Admitted Students page and submit it to registration@evergreen.edu
3. Activate Your Accounts
Once registered, you'll receive a My AV天堂 access account and an AV天堂 email address. We will use your personal email to send information to activate your AV天堂 account within one week of submitting the registration form. If you do not see this email, please check your junk folder.
Activate your account to:
- Check registration details
- Pay tuition and fees
- Access course resources
- Participate in evaluations
After activating, all correspondence from the college will be sent to your AV天堂 email account.
4. Pay the Enrollment Fee
Once you've successfully enrolled and registered for class, an enrollment fee* will be automatically charged to your account.
- Admitted Students: $30
- Non-Admitted Students: $60
*Starting in the 25-26 academic year, the enrollment fee will be a flat $15 for all students.

Each professional (non-credit) certificate has its own application and/or registration process. For more information about that process, please visit the webpage for that particular certificate.
