Supervisors must be able to give and receive feedback, manage conflict, and implement performance action plans. They may be tasked with talent acquisition, onboarding, and training and supporting a diverse workforce. HR knowledge and skills ensure compliance with state and federal laws and help create a positive and inclusive workplace. This course includes both weekly class meetings on Zoom and asynchronous instruction using the Canvas Learning Management System.
